Commercial Noun Registration

We register the commercial name of your company. A term that is included in article 87 of the Spanish Trademarks Law 17/2001, refers to any sign capable of graphic representation that identifies a company in commercial traffic and that serves to distinguish it from other companies that offer identical or similar activities.
The commercial name, therefore, distinguishes the company that manufactures or sells the goods or provides the services. Trademarks, on the other hand, identify goods and services that are manufactured or sold by the said company.
Trade names are valid for 10 years and can be renewed indefinitely for periods of 10 years each.
The same sign can be registered as a Brand and as a Trade Name.
