History

We are a firm specialized in the field of Industrial and Intellectual Property.

We offer consulting and advice related to trademarks, designs and patents at a national and an international level as well as watching services of registered rights throughout the world.

Our firm was founded in 1995 and since then we have worked with customers from many countries and their recommendations and valuations throughout these years make us be proud of our job.

We work with customers that belong to different fields: IT and software, restaurants, alcoholic beverages, hotels, marketing, consulting, fashion, jewelry and energy, among others.

Over the years, Santos IP has adapted to changes. We have a documentary and management software that allows us to update our customers files on a daily basis and to know what their needs are to act efficiently and quickly.

Our Team

Our human team is the basis of our success. We have more than 30 years of experience. It is formed by professionals of the Law, Industrial Engineers, IT Engineers and Industrial Property Agents, in permanent training.

An Industrial Property Agent is essential in our field since it is a professional specialized in obtaining Industrial Property rights and in its defense before the corresponding Organisms and Offices.

Presence at a national and international level

Our main office is located in Madrid (SPAIN), two hours by train from Alicante. SANTOS IP has grown over time, to reach an international dimension besides the national one. A consolidated network of international associates allows us to operate at maximum efficiency. We also collaborate with numerous professionals related to our field.

We mainly work in LATAM (Chile, Brasil, Argentina, Peru, etc...), Asian countries, Arab countries, and very especially with the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, where we have presence today.

Members of Colleges and Associations

We believe in the importance of being part of professional associations within the IP field, and the benefits of being in permanent contact with professionals and companies within IP. We are members of different organizations. At a national level we are members of the Official Association of Industrial Property Agents Association (COAPI), of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), and at an international level we are members of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the American International Trademark Association (INTA), and the ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association).
