GRANTS and FUNDS
For the registration of trademarks and inventions
We inform about the grants and funds that the Public Administration offers to individuals and companies. The objective of this service is to help decrease the financial cost of registering a trademark or a patent, especially when the project is in its initial phase and the disbursements are higher.
There are grants granted by the Spanish Autonomous Communities; granted by the State for the promotion of national and international inventions; as well as grants of organizations such as CDTI, ENISA, ICEX, etc. and those of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office.
One of the most requested aid in recent years is the “Ideas Powered for business” SME Fund, a subsidy program designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the EU protect their industrial property rights or intellectual (IP).
We can submit or help our customers when filing the request of this fund.
